A space for every customer
Give each of your customers their own space and their own keys. Their sending stays theirs — separate from everyone else on your account.
The transactional email API for developers who measure deliverability in basis points — not vibes. Send, observe, and trust every message.
No credit card · 3,000 emails/mo free · 60-second setup
Most email tools treat every message as if it came from you. So when one customer sends something that gets marked as spam, the damage spreads — and your other customers’ emails start landing in junk too. RRay keeps each customer’s sending separate, so trouble stays where it started.
Give each of your customers their own space and their own keys. Their sending stays theirs — separate from everyone else on your account.
Keep each customer’s sending reputation on its own track, so one customer’s spam complaints don’t drag down delivery for all the others.
One clean API to send a message. Add a key, make a request, done — no drawn-out setup before your first send.
A sandbox mode so you can wire everything up and run it end to end without sending anything real or touching your reputation.
A clear record of every message — accepted, delivered, rejected — so you’re never guessing why an email did or didn’t arrive.
Send from your customers’ own domains, so messages look like they come from them — not from a shared, generic sender.
No long onboarding. Create a space, send through the API, and watch it in the dashboard.
One space per customer, each with its own keys. Add them as you onboard.
Make a single request to send a message. The same call works for every customer.
Follow what happened to each message and manage customers and keys in one place.

We’d rather show you exactly where things stand. Here’s what works now, what we’re building, and what’s next.
RRay is a transactional email service for companies that send email on behalf of their own customers — platforms, agencies and multi-tenant SaaS. You send signups, receipts, password resets and alerts through one API, and each customer can keep its own sending reputation so problems stay contained.
SES is low-cost and flexible, but you have to build and operate per-customer separation, domain setup and monitoring yourself. RRay gives you a space and keys per customer out of the box, plus a dashboard to manage it — so you don’t assemble that layer by hand.
SendGrid subusers can separate customers, but isolating each customer’s reputation typically means paying for a dedicated IP per customer. RRay is built to give per-customer reputation separation without a per-IP surcharge.
Resend has an excellent developer experience, but customers all share one sending reputation. RRay keeps each customer’s sending on its own track, which matters when you send for many different businesses.
Yes — that’s exactly what RRay is for. You create a separate space and keys for each customer, send from their own domains, and keep their sending separate from everyone else on your account.
No. RRay is designed to give per-customer reputation separation without charging you for a dedicated IP per customer the way some providers do.
RRay is in early access. Sending through the API, per-customer spaces and keys, the management dashboard and Google sign-in work today. Dedicated per-customer reputation, a sandbox, in-dashboard logs and custom domains are in progress — see the roadmap above.
RRay is hosted in the EU.
